Displays when you place an off sheet connector not connected or linked to an existing pipeline. It lets you select a pipeline type then continue on to draw a pipeline linked to the connector.

Select the type of pipeline to place then use the normal placement routine to draw the pipeline. After the line has been drawn, annotation denoting the properties of the pipeline is placed under the connector.
